Journey Worker hourly wage rates-including any periodic increases
Hourly wage rates at each step for Apprentice
Percentage and duration of each step for Apprentice
Journey workers and Apprentices hourly contributions for Health and Welfare, Local Pension, National Pension, Annuity, and Supplemental Unemployment
Territorial and Trade Jurisdiction
